The military has trained many generations to become upstanding citizens. The training received in the newest technologies, in mechanics, in communications, and in the many other fields offered through the armed services are skills that are required to succeed in the future.

Recruiters from all branches are willing to meet with interested students at LCHS through the College and Career Visits.  They act as motivators for these students to make sure that they graduate with the required courses and grade point averages.

ASVAB TEST:

The military has developed a test called the ASVAB, the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, which measures a student’s aptitudes and abilities. Once this test is completed and scored, a recruiter will meet with a student to discuss the results.
